 Menu commands

Hard Drive Inspector (HDI) does not have a usual menu. Most actions are performed by mouse. HDI has a toolbar at the top of the window, which plays the role of a menu. It has the following commands:

  1. Save report

command saves all information represented in Advanced Info View in addition to main information about S.M.A.R.T. attribute to a text or html file.

  1. Email report

command creates an email message with a text report for sending it to the address, which is set in the "Report mailing" section of the “Options” dialog. This command might be helpful for system administrators when performing centralized monitoring and managing computer hard drives on a network.

  1. Options

command shows the Options dialog.
